1. Employee policy

At Simrik, all employees are treated as one. We provide fair compensation based on similar performances and roles, and comply with the rights declared by the Labour Law at all costs. Simrik ventures understands the importance of applying sustainable practices in its businesses. We shall strive to minimize environmental impacts and adopt environment-friendly business practices. We shall:

Comply with the legal environment regulations and conform it in all our business activities

Initiate towards efficient use of natural resources and innovate measures to recycle the wastes

Encourage employees, suppliers, associated partners and all other stakeholders to comply with the ethical environmental standards

Creating a healthy work environment that fosters mutual respect and transparency has been one of the Simrik’s fundaments. With zero-tolerance for violence and abusive use of language, we make sure our workplace is a safe one. We do not discriminate against individuals on the basis of gender, religion, age, sexual orientation or any other legally protected factor. Discriminatory actions on any level by anyone will be unequivocally condemned and will have to face consequences as per the company’s policies.
